Luxmi Holidays was born in Gorakhpur from a simple observation — booking a truly good Nepal trip from Purvanchal was harder than it should be. Bus timings were unreliable, hotel bookings were opaque, and pilgrims travelling to Muktinath or Pashupatinath had no one they could just call.
We started with one Innova, one WhatsApp number, and a promise: pick up the phone every time, quote honestly, and be there when things go wrong. Years later, that promise still runs the company.
